EKO - European Championship 2019

2019 European Karate Championship will take place in Vilnius “Siemens Arena” on 13-14 April. Both men and women will compete in 5 weight categories. KUMITE: women - up to 50, 50-55, 55-60, 60-65 and over 65 kg, men - up to 65, 65-75, 75-85, 85- 95 and over 95 kg. Women, men and teams will also be competing in KATA category.

Registration for the championship will start soon and I have no doubt that many top-level masters from all over the continent are going to come to Lithuania, providing all karate lovers a lot of great fights”, said Romas Vitkauskas, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the European Championship.

Siemens Arena

Siemens arena is the first arena in Lithuania which meets global standards and the place where major country’s entertainment, sport events take place, concerts of world-famous superstars and Lithuanian performers, various international sport competitions and matches, performances.

"Siemens" arena has five entrances for different groups of visitors. The entrances are numbered from left to right, and their numbers are clearly marked on the facade of the arena. Entrances 1 and 3 are for the general public (including guests with tickets for Event Suites 201, 202, 401 and 402). When you arrive, you should select the entrance which is the least crowded. Both of the entrances provide access to all floors of the arena, with the exception of the third (VIP) floor.
